When companies make promises about their products and services, we expect them to be accurate. All too often, however, that's not the case. There is always current litigation against businesses that knowingly misled the public about the safety and validity of their products, from the makers of the mesh involved in hernia surgery to Johnson & Johnson, whose iconic baby powder was found to contain asbestos.

After all, we wouldn't be where we are today without the wonderful people of Lexington and Columbia Counties. It's only right that we do our part to help improve the community that has given our practice a ...

These conversations usually go something like this: Hey Jim, I was recently in a car accident. When I got home from the hospital, a representative from the other driver's insurance company showed up at my house. They offered me $50,000 to pay ...

When it comes to small fender benders and minor accidents, insurance usually covers everything with relative ease. Maybe it's a pain organizing all the paperwork and getting in touch with the at-fault party's provider, but once you do, it's usually a straightforward process.

2017 wrapped up very nicely for us, and we're only looking to build on our success in the coming year. In the past few months, we've had cases in 31 of South Carolina's 46 counties. We also were able to help clients earn over $1 million in settlements at the tail end of last year alone. So much for a slow season!
